We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
- All original tags must be attached

After we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll email you to confirm receipt of your returned items
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Footwear showing signs of wear
- Hats & Caps that have been worn
- Opened or used Costume Accessories
- Child Costumes without original tags or showing signs of wear

Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to help with exchanges, subject to product availability. If your desired item isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.
